NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-006968, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and MARCUS J. SESSION A/K/A MARCUS SESSION; ASHFORD GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; USF FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; JOHNNY F. SESSION; LINDA SESSION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 14th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102A, ASHFORD GREEN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 30, 1984 IN O.R. BOOK 4384, PAGE 455 AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
