NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1st, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12 06144 Division H, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-13, Plaintiff and SAMANTHA BOYD A/K/A SAMANTHA J. BOYD A/K/A SAMANTHA JENEAN BOYD; MICHAEL DONALDSON A/K/A MICHAEL WESLEY DONALDSON; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on May 20th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
