NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003073, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DAVID C. SHOBE, JR. A/K/A DAVID SHOBE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID C. SHOBE, JR. A/K/A DAVID SHOBE N/K/A MARY SHOBE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOSCANA TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK “E”, VILLAS OF TOSCANA TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
