RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011357-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MARY JANE COLLINS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 6, Block B, BEVERLY TERRACE, as per the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
