NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10006379CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and ALEXANDER D. DIMOV A/K/A ALEXANDER DIMOV HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, INC. WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 11404-1, BUILDING NO. 4, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGE 1985 THROUGH 2108, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Being that parcel of land conveyed to Alexander D. Dimov, a single man from Alexander D. Dimov and Evelina V. Vassilev by that deed dated 05/05/2003 and recorded 06/06/2003 in Deed Book 12802, at Page 585 of the PINELLAS County, FL Public Registry.
