NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 3, 2011, in Case No.: 09-009965-CI-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Novastar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 is Plaintiff and Marc G. Roach, Unknown Spouse of Marc G. Roach, Jungle Terrace Civic Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2, and all other Unknown Parties, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are Defendants, I, Ken Burke will sell the following described real property:
