NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-011437-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Karen E. Bang, Larry Bang, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT PART OF LOT 8 IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES, INC, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH LIES IN THE SOUTH 259.22 FEET OF THE NORTH 518.44 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 15 EAST, LESS THAT PART LYING WITH 30 FEET OF THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 FOR ROAD PURPOSES, LESS THE NORTH 240 FEET OF THE WEST 133.50 FEET THEREOF.
