NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006658 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA19, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA19, Plaintiff, and, CESAR M. PEREZ A/K/A/ CESAR PEREZ JUDITH G. PEREZ A/K/A JUDY G. PEREZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 9th day of May, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 38, HIGHLAND LAKES UNIT FIFTEEN PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 90-91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
