NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09017725CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and PAMELA BERKEY BAGENSKI; WINDMILL POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, WINDMILL POINTE OF TARPON LAKE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 25 AND 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
