NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-002207-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and GREG GEBLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 305, PRINCETON BUILDING, OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS, NO. 25, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 5562, PAGE 657, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 103 THROUGH 186, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
