NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-002492, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MARK D. LEMAY AKA MARK LEMAY; JULIE YOUNG- LEMAY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 105 FEET OF LOT 109, SOUTH SHORE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
