NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-015324-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12 is Plaintiff and GEORGE W. PATTON, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE W. PATTON, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 16 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIM UNIT NO. C-108, BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516, PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDED INTERESRTS IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
