NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-010091-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DARREN ANDREW REED A/K/A DARREN A. REED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARREN ANDREW REED A/K/A DARREN A. REED; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 16 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 13 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE WEST 52 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK “F”, HIGHVIEW SUBDIVISION-TRACT “A” REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
