Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-10622-CO-040, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING 200 AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANT, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR HARBOUR TOWNE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4824, PAGE 78 THROUGH 154, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGES 112 THROUGH 125 BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on May 13, 2014. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
