NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-005283 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee Successor in Interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee (Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association) as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-7AX, Plaintiff and Angela Warner are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 302, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF DISSTON REGENCY APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 23 AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 2, 1968, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2920, PAGES 680 THROUGH 701, RE-RECORDED DECEMBER 9, 1969, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3219, PAGE 512 THROUGH 533, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
