NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 16, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011097, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, HELENA MURPHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELENA MURPHY; GERALD HENDERSON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 2, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 16 ½ FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE EAST 28 ½ FEET OF LOT 7, LESS THE PORTION THEREOF CONVEYED TO MINA S. CLEVENGER BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 694, PAGE 559, BLOCK “A”, THE THORNTON ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
