NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about January 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-004410-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, succesor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, Deborah Smith Davis, Michael Bevis, Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Wells Fargo Bank N.A, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
