NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006133 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREENTREE SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and, METZGER, BEVERLY, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6th of May, 2014 the following described property:
All of Lot 21 and the North 15 feet of Lot 22, FLORADEL SUB-DIVISION according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
