NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013319-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka the Bank of New York as Trustee For The Benefit of The Certificateholders of the Cwabs Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SD4 is the Plaintiff and Edgar Salazar; Unknown Spouse of Edgar Salazar aka Edgar A. Salazar; State of Florida; R/C World Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, COUNTRYWALK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 5-6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
