NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-014176-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 121, FIELDSTREAM PHASE 1, SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 48-31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FL.
BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO DOLLIE F. SMITH AND GLASCO C. SMITH, JR., WIFE AND HUSBAND FROM THE RYLAND GROUP, INC. BY THAT DATED 4/19/2001 AND RECORDED 05/03/2001 IN DEED BOOK 6249 AND PAGE 131 OF THE ORANGE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
