BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO DOLLIE F. SMITH AND GLASCO C. SMITH, JR., WIFE AND HUSBAND FROM THE RYLAND GROUP, INC. BY THAT DATED 4/19/2001 AND RECORDED 05/03/2001 IN DEED BOOK 6249 AND PAGE 131 OF THE ORANGE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
