NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011262-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LAURA ABREU-SANCHEZ A/K/A LAURA ABREAU SANCHEZ; CARLOS R. MONTALVO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CYPRESS POINTE AT CYPRESS SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS SPRINGS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, CYPRESS POINTE AT CYPRESS SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 55-59, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
