NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014 and the Order on Plaintiff, Mary Wilkes, and intervener, Fairhome Pearl Properties, LLC's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated March 4, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the sale held by the Clerk of Court at the Orange County Clerk of Court website (www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com) at 11:00 a.m. on May 6, 2014, the following described property:
