Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a consent final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
The South 140 feet of the North 180 feet of the East 100 feet of the West 200 feet of Lot 1, Bishop Wipple's Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book B page 137, of the public records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2014 on the Orange County public auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, Notice of such sale shall be published as provided by statute. That any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
