NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-022710-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and MANUEL PADILLA; MARIA CORINA BETANCOURT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; RESIDENCES AT VILLA MEDICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STEPPI ROOFING, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 37, BUILDING 5140, OF RESIDENCES AT VILLA MEDICI, A CONDOMINIUM F/K/A RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8499, PAGE 4131, AND ALL AMENDMENTS, IF ANY, FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
