NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 2, 2014 , and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005870-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE6 is Plaintiff and CARLOS FERNANDO POSADA; CLARA I. GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HARTMAN & SONS CONSTRUCTION, INC.; PARKVIEW VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO.32 IN BUILDING 2918 OF PARKVIEW VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8509 AT PAGE 4609, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
