NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001166-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CSFB MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP. ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-11 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and MARK A. LINZMEIER; FORESTBROOKE COMMUNITY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LINZMEIER FAMILY TRUST DATED OCTOB ER 23, 2000, AND ALSO DATED OCTOBER 25, 2000; TERRI J. LINZMEIER; MARK A. LINZMEIER, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE LINZMEIER FAMILY TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2000, AND ALSO DATED OCTOBER 25, 2000; TERRI J. LINZMEIER, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE LINZMEIER FAMILY TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2000, AND ALSO DATED OCTOBER 25, 2000; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of May, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, FORESTBROOKE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE(S) 124 THROUGH 129, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
