Huber; John P. Collins; Orange County Board of County Commissioners; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; John Tenant; Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession; United States of America are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
