HONG; JANET K. HONG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 40409, PHASE 9, VISTA CAY HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8613, PAGE 1168, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDED TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 8620, PAGE 3104, AS AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8669, PAGE 1526, AS AMENDED BY FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8710, PAGE 2513, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
