NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-010236-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fkaThe Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA8 is the Plaintiff and Gregory A. Charles; The Unknown Spouse Of Gregory A. Charles; Sandra Charles; The Unknown Spouse Of Sandra Charles; Any and All Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Tenant # 1; Tenant # 2; Tenant # 3; and Tenant # 4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 5th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF THE WEST 280 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 524 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
