NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-022554-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and Waters Le; Quoc Le; Unknown Spouse of Quoc Le; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, UNIVERSITY HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
