NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling an Foreclosure Sale dated March 31, 2014 entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020268-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Celeste Larose; Kettly Larose; Orange County, Florida; The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests by, through, under, and against a named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Current Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 5th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
