NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020607-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Indenture Trustee Under The Indenture Relating To IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and Sherry Lynn Bechtel a/k/a Sherry L. Bechtel; Mark W. Bechtel; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Tenant; Jane Tenant are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 110 FEET OF THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK K, NORTH PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
