NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002131-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, lp fka countrywide home loans servicing, lp is Plaintiff and joel e tapanes, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
condominium unit r-202, regency gardens, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official records book 8476, page 291, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida. together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
