NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014, in Case No. 2012-CA-014910-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Marlene Y. Knappenberger; Unknown Spouse of Marlene Y. Knappenberger; SunTrust Bank; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on August 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 2, block b of avalon park village 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 44, page 68, of the public records of orange county, florida.
