NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007438-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff and GILBERT GONZALES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GILBERT GONZALES; KRISTIN CUERVO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTIN CUERVO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKE VIEW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKEVIEW VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 13 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 109, BUILDING 11, LAKEVIEW VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO.13, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4125, PAGE(S) 3123, AND ANY AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
