NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-007657-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORPORATION, CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and PASQUALE SEMERARO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRADEWINDS A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/07/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 2918, OF THE TRADEWINDS, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8476, PAGE 544, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATIONS.
