commence at the northwest corner of the northeast 1/4 of section 21, township 21 south, range 28 east, run north 89 degrees 13' 22” east along the north line of the said northeast 1/4 a distance of 682.76 feet; thence south 00 degrees 24' 29” west a distance of 30.01 feet for the point of beginning, also being the northwest corner of the aforesaid lot 1; thence north 89 degrees 13' 22” east, 30 feet south of and parallel to the said north line of the northeast 1/4 along the north line of said lot 1, a distance of 165.00 feet; thence south 00 degrees 24' 29” west a distance of 115.77 feet; thence south 89 degrees 20' 30” west a distance of 165.00 feet; thence north 00 degrees 24' 29” east along the west line of said lot 1 a distance of 115.43 feet to the point of beginning.
