NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-008973-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006- FRE1, ASSET BACKED CERTFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and WILFREDO TORRES, JR. A/K/A WILFREDO TORRES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; SEMINOLE COUNTY; SEMINOLE COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; MAINE AVENUE VILLAS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/29/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
