NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 3, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-015518-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, JANINE M. PARDEE; CHARLES A. POWELL; RENAE C. POWELL; ISLE OF CATALINA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
