Final Judgment was awarded on April 3, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-031685, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, MARK WARREN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK WARREN N/K/A AOIFE WARREN; BELMONT AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; PARK CENTRAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
