NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 7, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-003702-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFML MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF11, is the Plaintiff, and, BOBBY RAY HAMNER; GRACE S. HAMNER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE; ORANGE TREE MASTER MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 8, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK E, ORANGE TREE COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT THREE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE(S) 44-46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
