NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-014278-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Elna Fortune; Agnes M. Fortune a/k/a Mariela A. Fortune ITF a/k/a Mariella Fortune; Unknown Spouse of Agnes M. Fortune a/k/a Mariela A. Fortune ITF a/k/a Mariella Fortune; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK V, SECTION 9, ROBINSWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
