NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-016933-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Michael S. Irwin; Nancy E. Irwin; Gatlin Gardens Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Central Florida Postal Credit Union; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 137, OF GATLIN GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGE 56 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
