NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to An Order dated February 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011519-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Nekeisha Songie; Lake Jean Homeowners' Association, Inc.; John Doe n/k/a Ashley Scott; Jane Doe n/k/a Tiffany Greer are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 71U, VILLA SAN REMO CONDOMINIUM II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8162, PAGE 1047, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
