NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 03, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012695-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and ANITZA PORTELA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The Northeasterly 15.00 feet of Lot 477, VILLAGEWALK AT LAKE NONA UNITS 1D AND 1E, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 42 through 54, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
LOT 478, Less the Northeasterly 15.00 feet of Lot 477, VILLAGEWALK AT LAKE NONA UNITS 1D AND 1E, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 42 through 54, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
