NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated APRIL 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-018869-0 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2012-3, is the Plaintiff, and DELBERT R. THURSTON A/K/A DELBERT THURSTON A/K/A DEBLERT THURSTON A/K/A DELBERT ROGERS THURSTON, DEBORAH V. THURSTON, A/K/A DEBORAH VERONICA THURSTON, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH V. THURSTON, A/K/A DEBORAH VERONICA THURSTON, are the Defendants.
The clerk of the Court, EDDIE FERNANDEZ, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on MAY 19, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK E OF LUOLA TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, AT PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 2222 Lake Sunset Drive, Orlando, Florida 32805 (the “Property”)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
