NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 14, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-023028-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC1, is the Plaintiff and MARIA MARTIN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BAYSHORE AT VISTA CAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIVERSAL BOULEVARD PROPRETY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/19/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 133, PHASE 20, BAYSHORE AT VISTA CAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8286, PAGE 2384, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
