LOT 11, BLOCK 5, NAPLES TWIN LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
