Unit 19, CAPTAIN`S COURT CONDOMINIUM,according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 29, Page(s) 176 through 178, and being further described in that Certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1641, Page(s) 3046 through 3109, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
