ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL3 is Plaintiff and GABRIELA MARTINEZ; ROBERTO ABREU; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. E.; THENCE N 89° 50' 12” E, ALONG THE NORTH R/W LINE OF 57TH AVENUE EAST, 177.41 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE N 89° 50' 12” E, ALONG THE NORTH R/W OF 57TH AVENUE EAST 148.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE N 00° 20' 57” W, 330 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE S 89° 50' 12” W, 115.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE S 00° 20' 57” E, 54.69 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE S 89° 50' 12” W, 33.00 FEET; THENCE S 00° 20' 57” E, 275.31 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
